►CONDITIONS
In order to qualify for wholesale purchasing of Zoobox products, a business must
have a retail establishment where products can be displayed and repetitively sold.

►FREIGHT/DELIVERY
Almost all Zoobox products are conducive to UPS or FedEx ground shipping.
Unless otherwise stipulated your order will be shipped by one of these methods.
If you arrange for another carrier, or ship via your account number, Zoobox's
responsibility ends when the order is tendered to the carrier of your choice.
If an item has been pre-sold, please flag the item at the time the order is placed.
Zoobox International will make every effort to give these orders priority.

►ORDER LEAD TIME
Unless otherwise notified, all Zoobox orders, regardless of size, will ship within 7
working days. Zoobox has a “No minimum order” policy.

►TERMS
First time orders and shipments made without approved credit must be prepaid.
Zoobox International accepts company checks, Master or Visa cards.
If you cancel your order after it has been prepared for shipment, a 20% restocking
charge will apply.

Net 30 days term will be established for those customers who submit a Zoobox
International credit application.
Notification of approval or denial will be made within 3 weeks of receipt of a signed
completed credit application. In order to receive discounts from special payment
programs, payment must be received by Zoobox International LLC. on or before the
due date, regardless of when the order was received. There will be no exceptions.
If you do not adhere to these policies, all future orders must be prepaid before
processing.

►CLAIMS
Receipt of broken or damaged products
While it is rare, damages sometimes occur and are usually the fault of the carrier.
When damage is discovered, STOP, SAVE THE PACKING MATERIAL, notify
Zoobox International within 72 hours. Damage claims will be handled promptly.
Some damage claims will necessitate an inspection by the delivering carrier.

►INSTALLATION
Pumps are not included with Zoobox water features.
All products require a 1/4" i.d. supply line (plastic hose).
If you have difficulty with locating fittings please notify us at
admin@zooboxinternational.com. We will be happy to assist you.

►CARING FOR YOUR ZOOBOX, AL-U-LOY WATER FEATURE
Protect from freezing, disconnect all supply lines. Drain all water from the Zoobox
water feature. It is best to store AL-U-LOY products indoors during freezing
temperatures. Outdoor temperatures and constant thawing and freezing will create
surface cracks.
This is common to all water products and there are no manufacturer warranties
against this occurrence.
